Smart Scale, the next generation of the company’s wireless onboard weigh scale, is designed for trucks, tractors and trailers with air suspensions. It uses sensors to measure temperature and pressure changes in a vehicle’s air suspension and wirelessly relays the data to a handheld receiver using a low-powered radio transmitter. The new 2112E fixed-blade ejector scraper, combined with the manufacturer’s 9020 Series scraper tractor and a short drawbar, moves up to 42 cu yd of material per cycle. It can be pulled as a single unit or in tandem. Features include improved styling and rear visibility, as well as an industrial-strength yoke-type cast hitch.
