Opening the door to a new capability, visitors to enr.com can now see our first streamed video, a seven-minute movie about this year’s Award of Excellence winner, U.S. Army Col. Gregg F. Martin and the reconstruction of Iraq. The video went live April 22, the result of persistent efforts by ENR’s IT editor, Tom Sawyer, McGraw-Hill Construction's Alice Matthews, manager of Web design and production, and Richard Rodriguez, director of online marketing.

The documentary was produced by Ken Mandel from Great Projects Film Co. and was shown at ENR’s Award of Excellence event. Now we can share it with our online readers, and have the prospect of streaming much more video content in the future.

McGraw-Hill Construction has also totally redesigned Design-Build magazine’s Website. "We needed a streamlined site that was more visually appealing, easier to navigate and that fit into the format found on all the other McGraw-Hill Construction Websites," says Design-Build Editor-in-Chief William J. Angelo.

The designbuildmag.com Website is your gateway to global information on the collaborative delivery system. All articles highlight the growing geographic and project diversity of design-build delivery. You can also find the editorial calendar, subscription, advertising and reprint information on the site.

Design-build is all about project collaboration, and the new Website design put it to work at McGraw-Hill Construction. Design and production came from Ana Reyes-Pagano, Rama Bandu, Heather Scanlon, Mike Kleban and Alice Matthews. They coordinated with Angelo and editorial staffers Agnes Montalban-Salvio, Virginia Camasca and Swati Scindia. Judy Schriener, construction.com editor-in-chief, supervised.

Finally, on the subject of content enrichment, an expanded version of this week’s cover story on the transmission line crisis is now available on enr.com. An edited transcript from ENR’s recent CIO roundtable has also been posted with the April 26 cover story.
