Royal BAM Group, the Dutch parent of Flatiron Construction Corp., Long­mont, Colo., announced on Sept. 25 that it has sold the firm to Hochtief AG, Essen, Germany, for $243 million. The purchase expands Hochtief’s North Amer­ican holdings into infrastructure and public-private transportation markets. It also owns Turner Corp., Dallas.
