Dallas-based TBG Partners completed the design and finish-out of Boston Consulting Group’s (BCG) new 57,000-sq-ft Dallas office, on three floors of the Saint Ann Court luxury office building. The $51-million, 27-floor Saint Ann Court opened in November 2009 and is currently seeking LEED certification. BCG, an international strategy and management consulting firm, relocated its 150 Dallas employees in March from its previous 25,000-sq-ft office space located in downtown Dallas’ Lincoln Plaza.

BCG leased the 21st, 22nd and 23rd floors of Saint Ann Court and commissioned the Dallas offices of TBG Partners and the Dallas office and Gensler to handle the architectural design and interior/exterior finish-out. The 23rd floor is one of four penthouse floors in the high-rise building that includes outdoor terraces, green roofs, fireplaces and among other luxury touches. The two roof terraces on the 23rd floor were designed with a combination of roof pavers, granite, steel and wood to create outdoor spaces with dramatic views of downtown, uptown and Victory.

Austin Commercial of Dallas was the project’s general contractor.
