Fluor Awarded Three Middle Eastern Contracts
Fluor Corp. of Irving was awarded an engineering, procurement and construction management contract by Qatargas Operating Co. Ltd. in Ras Laffan, Qatar. The EPCM contract is part of a project with a total capital expenditure of approximately $1 billion. Under a previous contract, Fluor completed front-end engineering and design and other services.
Fluor’s Offshore Solutions unit was awarded a front-end engineering and design contract by Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Co. for offshore facilities at the Umm Lulu field near Abu Dhabi and a front-end engineering and design contract for facilities near Abu Dhabi City.
