Irving-based Fluor Corp. was awarded the Project Hijau Gasoil Phase-1 by Shell Refining Co. FOM Malaysia. The new diesel-processing unit project is in Port Dickson, Malaysia.

Fluor will perform engineering, procurement and construction management services as a follow-up to its previous front-end engineering and design work. The award value was undisclosed.

The project is expected to peak at approximately 650 craft and professional employees.
