Campus Living Villages Gets $34 Million Loan for Lubbock Property

Multifamily lender Walker & Dunlop provided a $34-million loan to Lubbock-based Campus Living Villages for the acquisition of The Cottages of Lubbock. Serving Texas Tech University, The Cottages of Lubbock is a newly built, Class A property encompassing 95, two- to five-bedroom, Craftsmen-style student residences with 20 unique elevations plus an expansive clubhouse.
