Texas A&M University Selects CDCS for Housing Project

Irving-based Collegiate Development Construction Services recently began construction at Texas A&M University in College Station on a new housing project with 250 total units.

TAMU University Apartments will be designed to meet LEED Homes Silver standards. The project encompasses six three-story buildings totaling 239,795 sq ft.

Construction is scheduled to be complete in July.
