Joseph V. Riccillo has joined Sundt Construction Inc. as a project director in the firm's El Paso, Texas, office. Before joining Sundt, Riccillo was vice president of field operations for an El Paso firm specializing in government, institutional and commercial construction

 

Glavin

William Glavin has joined Bridgefarmer & Associates Inc. as a senior project manager responsible for rail business development and project management for the firm. Glavin retired from TxDOT in July 2013, where he served as the director of the rail division.

 

Danny S. McFadden has joined Pape-Dawson Engineers Inc.'s Fort Worth office as a senior project manager for the design of residential, commercial and industrial developments. McFadden spent the past year in Arizona preparing improvement plans for commercial projects in various cities and counties.

David Meyer has rejoined O'Connell Robertson as corporate plumbing team director at the firm's Austin office. He first joined the firm in 2002 and spent four years as a member of its engineering team.

Jib Ahmad has joined McKim & Creed Inc. as a senior geomatics manager, based in Houston. He has worked on the development of large GPS control networks, waterway mapping for FEMA in the Tropical Storm Allison Recovery Project and on hydrology and hydraulics studies on watersheds in 12 southern Texas counties.

Bill Bordelon has been promoted to regional sales manager in Austin for HOLT CAT. He was most recently a product support sales manager for the South Texas area.

Jennifer Jonas has joined Kleinfelder's energy market as a client account manager. Before joining Kleinfelder, Jonas was with Geraghty & Miller (Arcadis) as a director in its Southern operations division.

Stephanie Claire Joffrion has joined ISC as a new marketing coordinator in the firm's business development department.
