Progress on masonry bearing walls at the new Performing Arts Addition at Franklin High School in Livonia, MI. The construction manager on the project is the George W. Auch Company out of Pontiac, MI. The 22,000 S.F. addition consists of 50' high masonry bearing walls, fully grouted and internally braced. Picture was taken in late October 2015. Project will be complete September 2016.

Halifax Harbour Bridges and American Bridge Company Canada are re-decking the entire suspended span of the Angus L Macdonald Bridge in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. It's only the second time in history this type of project has been done while remaining open to traffic during the day. 46 segments in total will be replaced on the 60+ year old major commuter bridge, carrying over 100,000 vehicles a day.

Schaumburg, Illinois will be home to Zurich North American Headquarters the structure, the lighting, and the design captured my eye it is a perfect piece of art. Commissioned by the Atlanta-Fulton County Public Library System, Stevens & Wilkinson designed the new 25,000-square-foot, one-story Milton Library building in Milton, Ga., as a figurative living room for the North Fulton community.

Stevens & Wilkinson’s conceptualized design for the Milton Library in Milton, Ga., included local vernacular style, natural materials, open floor plans with oversized windows, meeting and community rooms, and porches overlooking a community green.

More than 375 construction team members, supervisors, executives, realtors, and local officials were invited to participate in the festivities. Broadstone was designed by the award winning architectural firm of Dorsky + Yue International.

Less than a year after breaking ground, Moss & Associates hosted a topping out celebration for Broadstone Brickell, a new 372-unit luxury rental property. The 407,335-square-foot project is located at 255 SW 11th Street, Miami, Fla.
