Shortly after ENR New England announced its 2023 Best Project Award Winners last month, the contest's industry judges selected finalists for Best Overall Project of the Year.

To be considered for this distinction, a project had to be a Best Project-level winner as opposed to an Award of Merit winner in its individual category.

The overall Project of the Year for the New England region will be announced in the November issue of ENR New York/New England and celebrated at our awards event on Dec. 1 in Boston.
