BARDONARO Frank Bardonaro Jr. has joined Terex Corp., the West port, Conn.-based manufacturer of construction cranes and other equipment, as vice president and managing director of its Americas cranes unit. CALDWELL Kathy J. Caldwell, president of Caldwell Cook & Associates, a Gainesville, Fla., design firm, will become president of The American Society of Civil Engineers, Reston, Va., on Oct. 22. She is an adjunct engineering professor at the University of Florida, Gainesville.
