As part of each year’s Best Projects process, ENR Southwest honors one project as our Project of the Year. New this year, we are identifying the three finalists as determined by the judges.
The judges have completed their work. There are 32 projects that will be recognized in the November issue of ENR Southwest and at the Best Projects event Nov. 15 in Phoenix.
In late May, the Valley Metro Regional Public Transportation Authority of the Phoenix metropolitan area opened a $1.9-million extension to the area’s light rail transit line.
