Hill International has hired Anthony Marraro as senior vice president and northern California regional manager in its project management group. Based in San Francisco, he had been vice president and San Jose office leader at HNTB Corp.

Richard Reis has been named a vice president and Northwest regional manager for URS Corp.'s infrastructure and environment division. Based in Seattle, he leads its business operations in Washington, Oregon, Alaska and western Canada. Previously, he was Northwest regional operations manager at WHPacific.

Skanska USA Building, Parsippany, N.J., has elevated John Coster to senior vice president and to the newly created role of green business officer. He was a vice president. The firm also named Senior Vice President Bryant Farland head of its mission-critical center of excellence.
