Skyline Construction, San Francisco, has named Jessica Carps as CEO. She previously served as COO and was the first female leader to hold that position and to join Skyline’s board of directors. Carps held three previous roles with Skyline from 2015 to 2022, including chief financial officer. Carps succeeds David Hayes, who had served as CEO and chairman since 2005. Hayes will maintain his role as the board chairman and chief revenue officer and will remain responsible for strategic growth through business development and acquisitions.
Keenan Driscoll was named chief financial officer for Sundt Construction, based in Irvine, Calif. He will also join the Sundt board of directors. Driscoll will work with Kevin Burnett, the firm’s longtime chief financial officer, who will remain with the company through April before retiring. Driscoll joins Sundt after more than 11 years with AECOM.
