Architect SHoP Drops Union Bid, But Sector Organizing Continues

Nascent union Architectural Workers United said Feb. 3 it is withdrawing a petition to organize New York City-based architecture firm SHoP on the eve of an historic employee vote in a highly publicized campaign to form the first union at a private US architectural firm since the 1940s.
But the union's design sector organizing isn't over.
