Hunt Power is planning to construct the Southline SATS Transmission Line. The first segment will be a new 240-mile double-circuit 345-kV line connecting the Afton Substation south of Las Cruces, New Mexico, to the Apache Substation south of Willcox, Arizona. The second segment will be an upgrade and rebuild of Western’s existing 115-kV transmission lines between the Apache Substation and the Saguaro Substation, which is north of Tucson; this segment will consist of 120 miles of new double-circuit 230-kV lines. Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church and the Woodbury Corp. are planning to develop the Greek Town mixed-use development, on a site surrounding the Holy Trinity Cathedral in downtown Salt Lake City. The project’s main feature will be a 52,452-sq-ft community center, to replace the existing cultural center. The community center will feature a 600-seat banquet hall, church offices, meeting rooms and the Hellenic Cultural Museum. The addition will consist of two bays, labeled Dry Dock #1 North and Dry Dock #1 West. The existing Dry Dock #1 will be renamed Dry Dock #1 East.
