Florida Bertram Yacht LLC is planning to construct a boat building and headquarters facility on a 25-acre site at the Port of Tampa Bay. The scope includes design and construction of a 200,000-sq-ft building and the purchase and installation of overhead cranes, hoists, racking, automated gel coat mixing systems and fiberglass molding equipment. Nebraska Green Plains Inc. is planning to construct a protein feed ingredients production unit at its ethanol plant in Wood River. The scope includes construction of a building, installation of proprietary processing equipment and purchase and installation of conveying, process control and filtration centrifuges. Fluid Quip Technologies LLC will provide its proprietary technology and separation equipment, perform process engineering and manage construction. The estimated EPC cost is $50 million. New Mexico Sceye Inc. is planning to construct an aircraft assembly plant at an unselected site in New Mexico. The scope includes design and construction of a building and the purchase and installation of hoists and composite fabrication, curing, milling, bonding, coating, painting and testing equipment. North Carolina Beam Therapeutics is planning to construct a biopharmaceutical development and manufacturing facility at Research Triangle Park. The scope includes construction of a 100,000-sq-ft building and the purchase and installation of stainless steel piping, bioreactors, a wet laboratory and aseptic filling equipment. Jacobs Engineering has been selected to provide design engineering services. Alexandria Real Estate Equities Inc. is the building developer and will select a construction management firm.
