Jacobs Adds To Its Government Cybersecurity Business
Jacobs (NYSE: JEC) added another government cybersecurity contracting business by announcing a deal to acquire KeyW for $11.25 a share and assumption of debt. The full price is about $815 million for the Hanover, Md.-based company. It had 2018 revenue of slightly more than $500 million. The deal represents Jacobs’ third government cybersecurity firm buy since 2016.
