Endless Hurricane Harvey Rain Creates Widespread Texas Flooding; Five Deaths Cited

Many regional roads and highways are "impassable," says UPI; giant Exxon Baytown refinery is closed.

As Harvey remains stalled over the Houston area Sunday, UPI reports five deaths related to the epic storm, many impassable roads and highways, and numerous impacts to energy production. Read the full story
