The SWATC Health Professions and Trades Building is a prototype for the state’s new high-performance building standards. The criteria are extremely stringent, and this project features one of the most tightly sealed building envelopes in the state. Other efficiencies include a glycol chiller, heat-recovery units, highly efficient boilers and pumps and LED lighting and controls with occupant sensors.
