JLL Acquires Consulting Firm Merritt & Harris
Chicago-based professional services and investment management firm JLL has acquired Merritt & Harris, Inc., a New York-based construction related consulting firm. M&H has been involved with a number of large projects in the region, including World Trade Center Towers 3 and 4, the One Manhattan West and One Vanderbilt Place office towers and the Hudson Yards Platform Towers A and C.
“The addition of Merritt & Harris’ capabilities strengthens our ability to deliver across the entire life cycle of a project and further allows JLL to strategically advise our clients on construction conditions, costs and process,” says George Ladyman, Managing Director, JLL Projects.
