The Arizona Dept. of Transportation is planning to build Loop 202, the South Mountain Freeway, in Phoenix. The 22-mile-long freeway will run east and west along Pecos Road and then north and south between 55th and 63rd avenues, connecting with Interstate 10 at each end.
