Arkansas The University of Arkansas is planning to carry out an addition and upgrade to the Donald W. Reynolds Stadium in Fayetteville. The project entails a north end-zone addition, including new suites, loge boxes, club seats and club areas. The east and west concourses will connect to allow flow of patrons around the stadium. Massachusetts Wynn Las Vegas LLC is planning to build the Wynn Casino in Everett. South Carolina The South Carolina State Ports Authority is planning to build the Hugh K. Leatherman Sr. Terminal, a three-berth marine container terminal, in North Charleston. Phase one will include a stormwater detention pond, 4,167 miles of wick drains, a 5,000-ft-long pipe-pile and sheet-pile containment structure, dredging, and placement of buttress and armor rock. Also included is construction of a 6,000-ft-long, two-lane roadway, with 6,300 ft of ductile-iron water main and 6,700 ft of sewer force main.
