Concrete Joint Repair: Prevent Shifts
The SD7 Joint Saver is designed to prevent the damage caused by load transfers between loose, unreinforced concrete slab panels. A hole is drilled at the joint, and the aluminum cylinder is inserted and torqued, pushing its two halves apart. The internal spring and split-cylinder design ensure the Joint Saver will exert the proper amount of pressure on the slabs, while allowing for the natural expansion or contraction due to temperature or humidity.
