Iowa Mold Tooling Co. Inc. (IMT); 515/557-2010; www.imt.com Telehandler: Maximum 12,000-lb Lift Capacity The G12-55A telehandler has a maximum lifting capacity of 12,000 lb and is capable of lifting 5,000 lb loads to 55 ft and extending a 3,000-lb load to a full reach of 42 ft. The operator can choose from all-wheel, front-wheel or crab steering. Power is provided by a John Deere turbo-charged diesel engine that is side-mounted to permit improved operator visibility. The engine is linked to a four-speed transmission and can be driven at 20 mph. Transportability is a key feature of the manufacturers first German-built model, the 15000. All components of the 275-ton capacity crane, including the upper-structure, will transport within a 10 ft width. It features a new boom with tubular chords and compact cross section, enabling transport within 13-ft height limitations on standard European-style trailers. This trailer-mounted model, called Dino 135T, is a compact machine. With a machine weight of 1,580 kg and a transport length of approximately 5.91 m, the Dino 135T is easy and stable to tow, according to the manufacturer. Additional features include easy access to the components, new axle and chassis structure and a user-friendly working environment for the operator. The machine is powered by electricity but also is available with petrol aggregate. As in all Dino models, the standard equipment of this aerial platform includes the slew function of the basket and the driving device for ease of use. Model GHA 16-22 is added to the companys existing line of self-propelled cranes. Articulated or telescopic, these cranes are equipped to be radio-activated. The cranes can be driven from the ground or an aerial work platform. The combination of a crane and a platform allows one user only to lift a load and work safely at any height. Manufacturer adds two large articulating cranes to its existing line of material-handling systems. The new 52/380 and 72/516 cranes are designed for two to eight hydraulic extensions. With eight hydraulic extensions, both models have a horizontal reach of 67.6 ft and a vertical reach of 77 ft. The maximum lifting capacity for the 52/380 crane is 26,000 lb, while the maximum for the 72/516 is 35,500 lb. Both units offer 360 continuous rotation. The cranes can be equipped with hydraulic jibs as an additional option, which gives the operator an additional horizontal and vertical reach.
