Houston Retail Investment Still Remains Strong

Tellepsen Builders, Houston, has announced contract awards totaling $60 million for retail projects for ALORE III, IV & V, Cypress Towne Center and Adren-L-N Extreme Sports Center. ALORE is an entertainment destination and Cypress will be a traditional 200,000-sq-ft retail project. Adren-L-N will include a wind tunnel and rock climbing wall. "We continue to see healthy investment in retail product of all size ranges," says Tadd Tellepsen, vice president of Tellepsen.
