Deloitte University & Social Venue
Deloitte University & Social Venue

Deloitte University's nearly 750,000-sq-ft campus will be built on 107 acres in Westlake. The learning and leadership development facility will feature 35 classrooms and informal learning spaces; a variety of meeting rooms and conference facilities; 800 onsite guest rooms; networking space, dining and social venues; and areas for recreational activities including a fitness center and running trails.

The facility will serve as a central destination for Deloitte employees, from new hires to senior leadership. Professionals across Deloitte will meet at the facility to acquire complex technical and industry skills as well as professional and leadership direction.

BIM is being used for MEP coordination, as well as with other trades. It is also being used to visualize the overall construction sequence, including foundations, main structure, exterior envelope and sitework. BIM will also be used to coordinate interior scheduling as work progresses.
