Austin Community College - Round Rock Campus Phase I

The first phase of the new Austin Community College District Round Rock Campus includes five buildings totaling more than 276,000 sq ft on 48 acres. The facilities will provide space for the delivery of general studies, as well as health-service curricula including professional nursing, radiology, allied-health sciences, health and kinesiology and related studies. The campus also includes facilities for instruction in computer science and advanced technology; applied technology, including automotive technology and building construction; and continuing education. The project is pursuing LEED-silver certification.

The project team is using BIM to coordinate all underground site utilities.

The new campus is the college's most ambitious project in its 35-year history.
