Austin real estate consultant Charles H. Heimsath is the newest member of the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority board of directors. Heimsath was appointed to the seven-member board by the Travis County Commissioners Court, filling a position left after the sudden death in July 2009 of Lowell H. Lebermann, Jr.
