Cadence McShane Completes Near Half-Million SF Distribution Center
Dallas-based Cadence McShane Construction recently completed a new single-story, 442,465-sq-ft distribution center on behalf of developer White Rock Commercial in Lancaster.
The new single- or multi-tenant industrial building is on a 24-acre parcel within White Rock’s 1.35 million-sq-ft South Pointe Corporate Center. Dallas-based Pross Design Group provided architectural services.
