The 76,000-sq-ft, two-story building includes a 2,000-sq-ft data center.

Creative thinking was the key to building this project on a former landfill and swamp, next to an active refinery with heightened security and safety requirements. The 76,000-sq-ft, two-story building includes a 2,000-sq-ft data center. LEED-Silver certification is pending. Sustainable features include a raised floor for ventilation and ready access to cabling, faucets designed to reduce water usage by 40%, 139 occupancy sensors and 33 daylight sensors that dim lights on bright days.
