Park City MARC

VCBO Architecture has been involved in the transformation of the Park City Municipal Activity Recreation Center, or MARC, for nearly a decade, including developing a plan for the new outdoor pool facility. The first phase of the project included adding an outdoor leisure pool with a new pool deck, fencing and upgraded utilities.

Inside, the project team added a running track that circulates through the tennis and cardio fitness areas and installed interior glass walls to enhance views from one exercise area to the next. Long-term aquatic features planned for subsequent phases include a helical slide, new therapy pools, a climbing wall and additional deck and seating areas.
