Valley Fair Mall RenovationSubmitted by R&O Construction
The Valley Fair Mall originally built in the 1960s, was a redevelopment of the current 700,316-sq-ft regional shopping mall into a 1-million-sq-ft, hybrid, super-regional shopping and entertainment center in West Valley, Utah.

The scope of the project included adding Village Shops and a plaza area with demolition of the rear portion of some existing shops; reconfiguration of the parking lot for small shops and restaurant parcels and reconfiguration of existing mall shops. The overhaul added more than 200,000 sq ft of shops and restaurants, plus a public plaza giving the center more of an urban feel.
