The Brick Stone on 33rd Apartments in Salt Lake City consist of 100 one-, two- and three-bedroom units totaling 100,000 sq ft; a clubhouse, entertainment room, gym, basketball court and a swimming pool.

A joint venture between Rimrock Construction of Draper, Black Box Design Studio of Salt Lake City and Design Coalition of Peoa, the team is building 100 one-, two- and three-bedroom units totaling 100,000 sq ft.

Also included are a clubhouse, entertainment room, gym, basketball court and swimming pool. Construction is wood frame with brick and stucco finishes. Other amenities include 100 covered parking stalls and 60 garage units.

This $7-million project will be completed in October 2010.
