The four-story building has four 60-ft columns at the entry, with another four on the opposing side, and is capped with a dome and cupola system 150 ft above grade.

The dome installation included nine different trades over five months.

The dome added about $3.5 million to $4 million to the project, says Nic Link, project manager at Manhattan Construction. "It has its own foundation systems and is so tall that it actually has a false inner dome," Link says.
