Jeff Anglada

has been promoted to director of RNL's Los Angeles office. Recognized by ENR California's Top 20 Under 40 competition, Anglada is currently the design architect on a 1-million-sq-ft mixed-use project in Shanghai.

Fuscoe Engineering Inc. has promoted Paul Haaland to senior project manager in the firm's San Diego office. Previously, he led the civil engineering firm's El Centro office, where he worked on multiple solar power projects, including Campo Verde and SolarGen2.

has been appointed director of P2S Engineering's San Diego regional office. He brings 33 years of project management and mechanical engineering experience to his new role of broadening the firm's health care, biotech and educational client services.

Tony Gonzales has rejoined HNTB Corp. to lead its Los Angeles office and West division architectural practice. Graham Christie was also added to the Los Angeles office as associate vice president, Southern California rail and transit leader, while Jim Pun was hired by the firm's Oakland office as senior project manager.

joined Sundt Construction as preconstruction project manager and will work at the San Jose State Campus Village Phase II project. Sundt also added Kevin Angelini and Adam Mack as project engineers. Mack becomes part of the joint venture team for the San Diego International Airport Rental Car Center project, while Angelini joins the Kings County Courthouse project team in Hanford.

Blair leads day-to-day operations of the ENR editorial team to ensure brand quality and further best practices. He spearheads ENR's various competitions, including Best Projects and the Award of Excellence, and organizes editorial content at events including the Top Young Professionals conference. A Jesse H. Neal, Construction Media Alliance and AZBEES-award-winning writer and videographer, Blair frequently contributes to ENR’s burgeoning video channel with project tour videos and interviews with industry leaders. He is also a frequent speaker and moderator on topics such as diversity and inclusion, design and jobsite technology, construction means and methods and marketing.
