He helped provide the master plan for Summers Corner, a 6,000-acre mixed-Use project in South Carolina. The project aims to create a small town feel with retail and a “main street”, but focused around a connectedness with nature. It recently won a PRISM award for Best New Community by the Charleston Home Builders Association.
