The unfinished garage being built for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia is being demolished, following a consultation with structural engineers. 

An assistant fire chief says its a "miracle" that a 19-year-old man, who was rescued from a partially collapsed parking garage in Dearborn, Mich., was not injured.
