By now many of our readers are aware of changes on the horizon for Engineering News-Record and, in particular, its sister publications known until recently as the Regional Publications, which include Mountain States Construction magazine.
In recent research, readers told us that enhancing our regional news coverage would be the most important change we could make—and we are responding. In 2011, the local magazine currently known as Mountain States Construction will be called ENR Mountain States and will become a bi-monthly section within ENR. The first issue of ENR Mountain States will be available in February.
However, these changes also include staffing changes in our Denver office. Editor Melissa Leslie is leaving McGraw-Hill Construction to pursue other opportunities. Editor-in-chief Mark Shaw will take over editing responsibilities for ENR Mountain States and The Daily Journal.
