The Owner of the Year can be a public or private firm, but they must be an owner/developer in the construction industry that is based in or has a major office in the Southwest (Ariz., Nev. or N.M.) and is currently involved in significant construction projects being built now. Other criteria we use in selecting the winner include: community impact/service, sustainability, employee satisfaction, diversity and respect among the construction industry.

Send in your nominee and why you are nominating them, either below or via email, by Jan. 26th!
