Monty Glover is named to the new position of president of construction for the group’s nuclear and fossil and renewables divisions. He had been president of the former fossil division since 2007 and construction president of Shaw’s energy and chemicals group. DUHAIME Peter A. Marchetto has joined Tishman Construction Corp., New York City, as president of construction operations. He previously served as CEO of Bovis Lend Lease, also locally based. He worked for Bovis for more than 25 years. Pierre Duhaime has been elevated to president and CEO of Montreal-based SNC-Lavalin, Canada’s largest engineering and construction firm. He had been executive vice president responsible for the firm’s global mining and metallurgy operations. BURTON Michael J. Burton has joined The LiRo Group, a Syosset, N.Y.-based engineer and construction manager, as senior vice president and national operations manager. He was national operations manager at URS Corp. LiRo is a joint venture member of teams now managing transit projects in New York City. Burton, based in Manhattan, will also assist LiRo’s move into national markets. Dooley Construction LLC, Charlotte, N.C., have new titles following the firm’s Feb. 23 acquisition by Balfour Beatty Construction U.S., the Dallas-based unit of Balfour Beatty plc, London. Dooley Chairman Robert T. Dooley III becomes chief operating officer of Dooley, now a unit of Balfour Beatty’s Charlotte-based southeast division. MOODY Raymond L. Moody has assumed the added post of CEO of Batson-Cook Co., a West Point, Ga., contractor and construction manager. In that role, Moody replaces the retiring Edmund C. Glover, but remains president and chief operating officer. Moody joined Batson-Cook in 1963 as a project engineer.
