Nearly 250 of the region’s top construction professionals attended ENR MidAtlantic’s Best Regional Project Awards on Nov. 1 at the Sheraton Inner Harbor in downtown Baltimore.
ENR MidAtlantic is pleased to announce Irvin E. Richter as the 2016 Legacy Award winner. The award is given annually to an individual in the region to someone who has established a solid “legacy” of lifetime service to the construction industry, their colleagues and to their community.
