The HAL-2X400MCE extendable light tower has two 400-watt metal halide lamps mounted on an aluminum frame. The tower can be extended to a full height of 8 ft and collapsed to 5 ft for transport. Its wheeled base allows the user to tilt the lamp while extending the tower. The TC-40 Powered Plastic Pipe and Tube Cutter is able to complete a cut in only four seconds. The cutter weighs 2.5 lb and makes cuts without the need for ratcheting.
