U.K.-based global engineer and project manager AMEC has elevated Robert Corion to head of applied technology for the corporation. Based in Houston, he was director of applied technology for AMEC's oil-and-gas Americas business.

Urban Engineers Inc., Philadelphia, has promoted Gerald C. "Jerry" O'Neill to general manager and senior vice president for transportation and facilities management. Formerly director of construction services, he is based in Houston.

Michelle Honey has joined Grunley Construction Co. Inc., Rockville, Md., as executive for higher-education and life-sciences programs in its planning and business development department. Formerly an independent consultant, she also had been the university architect and director of architecture, engineering and construction at George Washington University, Washington, D.C. Honey is a board member of the Washington Architectural Foundation.
