Rosendin Electric, a San Jose, Calif.-based electrical contractor, has elevated several executives in a leadership succession, effective in January.
Senior Vice President Mike Greenawalt becomes CEO, succeeding Tom Sorley, who retires. Paolo Degrassi is named president, succeeding the retiring Larry Beltramo, a 44-year Rosendin veteran and current president of the National Electrical Contractors Association. The firm also announced a new organizational structure to include two new regional chief operating officers. Matt Englert is promoted to western division COO, and Keith Douglas is named to the eastern division role. Additionally, Justin Tinoco now is executive vice president. Rosendin ranks at No. 7 on ENR’s list of The Top 600 Specialty Contractors, reporting $1.64 billion in 2018 revenue, and is the third largest U.S. electrical contractor with 7,000 employees. It marked its centennial in 2019.
