The City of Greenville is planning an expansion and renovation of the Greenville Zoo. Snohomish County Paine Field Airport is planning a new two-gate passenger terminal at Paine Field in Everett. The 29,000-sq-ft terminal will be located next to the control tower and will include valet parking. The Foremost Cos., a developer, has started phase one of the Terramor project, a large residential community taking shape on an 890-acre site in Temescal Valley, south of Corona. Phase-one site development will entail 3.9 million cu yd of earthmoving, as well as construction of streets, bridges, retaining walls, water and sewer systems, and utilities.
