Sam Houston Electric Cooperative selected Houston-based Cadence McShane Construction Co. to build its 50,793-sq-ft, build-to-suit headquarters in Livingston.

The firm will complete sitework, add a covered walkway, fencing and outdoor lighting, and a surface parking lot. Houston-based Kirksey Architecture is the project architect. It is scheduled for an April completion.
