The team had no recordable or lost-time incidents on the project, which required 82,580 man-hours to complete.

Some of the safety practices that contributed to this record included completing task-driven job-hazard analyses daily, determining how crews would overcome hazards, assessing the risks around immediate work areas and continuously adjusting the team's view of risk assessment to stay aware of potential dangers.
