The Houston office of Austin Commercial served as construction manager for the six-story hospital project.

The Houston office of Austin Commercial served as construction manager for the six-story Methodist West Houston Hospital, built along with a six-story, 170,000-sq-ft medical office building.

Completed on time in November 2011, the 193-bed health-care facility includes a third-floor pedestrian sky bridge connecting the two structures and a shared central utility plant.

The $220-million project was facilitated with two digital systems: Multivista, for storing photographs, and Vela Systems, for QA/QC information.
